Challenges come in all shapes and sizes. There are some that seem insurmountable and some are just pebbles. Our first step is to assess your challenges. We will then look for the positive in each situation, so the challenges no longer overwhelm you. This is where you will find your glory and we can begin the journey.
Self-care is not being selfish. As we work through your challenges, we will build your self-care treasure box. From journaling, meditation, and yoga to kick-boxing, running, or digital outlets, there are self-care routines that are perfect for you. We will help you explore these to find what helps you calm your mind, ease your thoughts and make you feel energized.
Courage is not being fearless, it is facing your fears head on, and sometimes you must perform while afraid. This is why courage takes practice and this is where you bloom. Learning to practice courage is terrifying. I will give you the tips and tricks to practice courage daily. Together we will discuss your progress and map out where you want to improve and celebrate success.
